Proof & Production Timeline
How long does it take to receive my proof?
You will receive your proof within 2 business days after we have received all your information and payment. If you have not received your proof within 2 business days please contact us at info@laytonnotepads.com or call us at 1-800-655-4858.
What is the production time?
Production typically takes 10 to 15 business days, starting the day after you approve your proof. This timeframe does not include shipping transit.

If your notepads are in production during a major holiday, please add 1 extra business day per holiday: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Notepads with magnets applied by Layton Notepads require 2 additional business days for production.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
Design & Setup
What is included in the free setup?
Our free setup includes:

Placing your photo and logo on your notepad

Typesetting your information

Up to two proofs via email
Additional proofs are $30 per proof.
If you need a logo design or photo alterations (e.g., removing glasses glare, softening wrinkles, background edits), email your image to Images@LaytonNotepads.com, and we’ll provide a price quote.
Can Layton Notepads design a logo for me?
Yes! Our graphic designers can create a custom logo for you. Pricing varies based on design complexity—please contact us for details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before approving your proof.

If a proof has already been sent, a $50 cancellation fee applies.

Once your proof is approved and printing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Photo & Logo Requirements
What are the requirements for my photograph?
For the best print quality, submit a high-resolution digital photo (350KB or larger).

Online orders: Attach your photo at checkout.

Phone orders: Email your photo to Images@LaytonNotepads.com.

If your photo is not suitable for printing, we will contact you for a replacement.
Do you have my company logo on file?
We have many real estate and industry logos on file. If unsure, call us at 1-800-655-4858. If we don’t have your logo, email a high-resolution file to Images@LaytonNotepads.com.
Payment & Security
How do I pay for my order?
All orders are prepaid. Payment options:

Online orders: Securely enter your credit card details at checkout.

Phone orders: Provide payment over the phone.
For security, we use First Data Global encryption & tokenization technology and do not store credit card information.
Legal & Usage Guidelines
Are there any guidelines I should be aware of when submitting an order?
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights to use any images, logos, or trademarks submitted. Layton Notepads is not responsible for compliance with any company or state regulations regarding logo use.
Layton Notepads retains the right to use any designs we create for marketing and promotional purposes. Customers do not own the rights to any typesetting, artwork, or designs created by Layton Notepads.
Group Orders
How do group orders work?
To qualify for a Group Order, all agents must:

Complete the group order form online.

Photo's and other graphics will be attached when submitting the group order form online.
What is a group order cut-off date?

A designated contact person in your office will set a cut-off date.

No additional orders will be accepted after this date.

If the cut-off date is extended, the contact person must inform us and all participating agents.
What is the production timeline for group orders?

Proofs sent: 2 business days after the last agent’s order is processed.

Production begins: After all agents approve their proofs.

Shipping or local pickup: 10-15 business days after final proof approval.
Local Pickup

Available Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM at our La Verne, CA facility.

Please call ahead before pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of completion.
Important Notes:

Add 2 business days if your order is in production during any major holiday.

Colors on your digital proof may not exactly match printed colors due to monitor differences and paper type.
Promotions & Coupons

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or used for group orders.

Gift card promotions are issued only after an order is completed and shipped.

Promotions are valid for new orders only and cannot be applied to existing orders.
Returns & Job Issues
What if there’s an issue with my order?
All sales are final, as each order is custom-designed and printed. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we will work with you to find a resolution.
